hi..i have a few concerns in the company i am working for right now...its a trading company and find the concerns below and guide me accordingly:-

1. i am working as a sales manager and as per my employment contract i am supposed to work for 8hrs a day...but my manager is making everyone work from 7.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m which is 10hrs a day.

2.Do you think we can go ahead and complain in the ministry of labour and reduce are working hrs or demand from our employer to pay us for the overtime we do.

Kindly advise.

Regards,

Rads.

True... Dubai has great rules on paper... but the government does not have the right means to ensure compliance. Sometimes I wonder if they really have the will or not??!!
